My very 1st Quiltlett front and back. I made this in 2007. It is finshed with Stitch in the ditch.
This is my 2nd Quiltlett, also made in 2007.
I also learned something from this one, ummmm I"m sure you can see what I mean.
This was again, stitch in the ditch.
One day I will learn to top quilt! hehe
This is my youngest daughter Codi Lynn, she is holding my 3rd Preemie Quiltlett.
This is my favorite. I designed it myself as you can tell,,,lol, but... its ok I learned something from this one. I should have used a different color border. This one I will save for when I take the " Top Quilting" class so I can quilt it myself.
My Grand-dog thinks this is HIS new quilt... lol
This was my 1st quilt I made for a youngen.
This is another baby quilt that I made. This one is finshed by tying.
Please keep checking back to see more pics of the quilts I have made.
Keep checking back for more pics ! I don't have tons of baby quilts, but I do have more than this, I just need to take the pics.
This is the first rag quilt I made, it took me a longgggggggggg time to find a website that had a great instuction on how to make it. As soon as I get the website again I'll share it with you. I decided I did not want just a plain stitch so I used one of my deco stitches on this quilt. I used 3 different colors to add even more.
In the 3rd pic, I have all the X's and I'm ready to put it together.
The last two pics is the quilt all sewn together and even cut, whewww I'll tell ya, thats the hardest part. My fingers just don't like to work the way they use too, so it took me some time. I did however do the cutting while I watched a movie. hehe
FYI: This Quilt was made just for Lenny ( pronounced: Le-nay).
She is a 3 year old little sweet heart that was hit by car in 2008. When my friend Martha told me her little niece was hit and still in the hospital I just knew I had to make her a quilt. Well I had just found this on the internet and thought, perfect !
I really hope little Lenny loves it as much as I loved making it.
This is the pic after it was washed and dryed.
BTW, Lenny broke a couple of ribs and her arm, they had to do a skin graph on her leg for her arm, but she is going to be ok.
Wooooooooooo Hoooooooooooo I'm on a roll!!
this is my 2nd rag quilt. I cut for about an hour and was able to get out of that hour 3 rag quilts. Then I went out to my cottage, turned up my favorit music and sang away to country music while I sewed this one together in less then an hour.
I finally found something I could sew at night and not worry to much if its not perfect! hehe
oh and remember, if you click any of the pics it will open a bigger window with a bigger pic.

This is the poem I wrote to make cards and give along with the quilts I make for the children.
Feel free to use it if you wish. The only thing I ask is that you please add the last part,
" Made with Love and Given with Huggs and Prayers"
as this is my special message.
